Floridian James Fishback Proposes 50% Tax on OnlyFans “Creators”

Floridian James Fishback Proposes 50% Tax on OnlyFans “Creators”

James Fishback, the 31-year-old CEO of Azoria Partners and a fourth-generation Floridian running to replace term-limited Ron DeSantis as governor, laid out his proposal in a January 12 interview on the NXR Studios podcast hosted by pastor Joel Webbon. While this concept may have some merit in the eyes of conservatives, Fishback himself has a shady past.

Fishback describes OnlyFans as a platform that preys on young women, luring them away from meaningful careers and family life to sell themselves online to strangers. He promises, if elected, to implement a first-of-its-kind tax on OnlyFans earnings, requiring Florida residents who profit from the site to hand over half their income to the state. Fishback claims this would generate $200 million, which he would direct toward teacher salaries, improved school lunches, crisis pregnancy centers, and mental health support for men harmed by pornography.

He went nuclear on X, tagging top Miami earner Sophie Rain, the 21-year-old Christian thot who claims 83 million earned without “full” nudes.

"Pay up or quit OnlyFans, Sophie," Fishback said. "You would owe Florida 42 million, which I will proudly use to boost teachers and kids' lunches." "Get the hell out, OnlyFans owners. I hope you go bankrupt. Don't exploit our women."

Sophie Rain called it the “dumbest thing ever.”

"I'm a Christian who hasn't sinned," she whined (and lied, as part of being a Christian is admitting you’re a sinner, then striving to stop sinning). “Tax big corps first,” she demanded. Other OF “creators” like Anya Lacey and Piper Fawn piled on, accusing Fishback of forcing morals and religion down throats. Libs and libertarians screamed “unconstitutional.” By the way, Florida has no state income tax, and is one of the freest states in the country.

While prostitutes and gooners cry about “body autonomy,” a lot of people see OnlyFans as a poison flooding Florida (and the world in general) with exploited girls, wrecked men, and family destruction. Tax them at 50 percent and bankrupt the platform.

Push these profiteers out of Florida or out of business entirely. The state should stand as a stronghold for genuine values, with secure borders, no H1B visas, no property taxes, and a clear commitment to what works. Fishback may be unconventional, but his tax proposal may help expose the demons and energize those who still care about what’s right.

That being said, is he the right man? Who is James Fishback?

Greenlight sued him in 2024, accusing him of falsely claiming he was "Head of Macro" (a title they say never existed) to hype his credentials and attract investors to Azoria, misusing confidential info, and trying to funnel a $10,000 donation to his nonprofit via their matching program. Fishback countersued over the title.

In 2025 they settled: he admitted emailing portfolio summaries to himself dozens of times and running an undisclosed side trading account that violated his contract. He agreed to delete/return Greenlight materials, pay their legal fees, and a judge ordered him to repay nearly $230,000 plus interest on promissory notes. His Tesla got repossessed over cash issues during the fight. No criminal charges came from it, but the mess led to his Azoria ETFs getting shut down by trustees in October 2025 citing litigation concerns.

Before that he founded Incubate Debate in 2019, a high school debate league pitched as anti-woke and free-speech focused. Broward County schools cut ties in 2022 after allegations surfaced. It was acquired by the Bill of Rights Institute in 2024 but control reverted to Fishback when the deal dissolved.

The biggest stain is the personal allegations. In 2022, when he was 27, former Incubate employee Keinah Fort (then 17) accused him of starting a secret romantic/sexual relationship with her while she was underage. The claims tanked partnerships, including one board member quitting. They lived together starting in 2023 after she turned 18, got engaged in 2024, then split messily. In January 2025 Fort filed for a protection order alleging post-breakup harassment, stalking, cyberbullying, temper outbursts, throwing objects, and physical grabbing.

After hearings a judge denied it in 2025, ruling no harassment occurred and clearing Fishback. He calls the whole thing "completely false" smears with no arrests, charges, or convictions. Rivals like Byron Donalds' camp keep pushing it as grooming/red flags anyway.

Fishback's also known for edgy takes: defending Nick Fuentes followers as "impressive patriots," wanting Alex Jones back, calling Donalds a "By'rone" sellout who wants Section 8 ghettos (widely slammed as racist), and floating stuff like a DOGE Dividend rebate. He lobbied Trump for a Fed spot but got ignored. His campaign's a long-shot mess so far, barely raising cash and facing nonstop blowback over these scandals and his unhinged rhetoric.

While the 50% OnlyFans tax idea might sound like a solid gut-punch to degeneracy, James Fishback comes off as a shady degenerate himself, with a trail of lawsuits, admitted contract breaches, at least one creepy underage relationship, and wild attacks on rivals. He looks untrustworthy and unstable, far from a worthy candidate to lead Florida. Good thing he's polling at 3% in recent surveys.
