Drug prices get the main hit. Trump sets U.S. prices to match the lowest price in other rich countries. Those prices go to Medicaid and the new TrumpRx.gov portal. Fourteen of the seventeen biggest drug companies signed most‑favored‑nation deals last year.

Insurance giants lose their grip. Trump cuts off federal cash to the big insurers and hands it to Americans instead, for health savings accounts and coverage they actually want. The plan pays for cost-sharing reductions, slashing the most common Obamacare premiums by more than 10 percent.
