Riley Gaines, the 12-time All-American, blonde Wonder Woman, swimmer who tied for fifth with biological male "Lia" Thomas at the 2022 NCAA Division I championships, rallied outside the Supreme Court on January 13, 2026.
She joined Payton McNabb, who got a traumatic brain injury in 2022 when a biological male smashed a volleyball into her face during a North Carolina high school match.
The cases, Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J., test laws requiring athletes to compete based on biological sex at birth. Conservative justices, including Brett Kavanaugh and Samuel Alito, stressed biological facts and Title IX's success for women. Kavanaugh noted the growth of girls' sports and questioned letting boys ruin it.
The trans push pretends that boys become girls through “feelings,” ignoring massive advantages in strength, speed, and size that make competition unfair and dangerous. Gaines calls it cheating disguised as inclusion, a direct attack on female achievement. She’s totally right.
The court's 6-3 conservative majority has rejected transgender overreach before. A ruling expected by June or July 2026 would let 27 states enforce protections and affirm that women's sports are for real women only.
Gaines has stood her ground despite threats and relentless pressure from the so-called “woke” far-left. With the Supreme Court now poised to back her up, it is clear that ordinary Americans reject this perversion and the willful denial of basic biology. Women deserve real fairness, not the erasure of reality that radicals are trying to force on the country.
