France Vows to Arrest Brits Who Slash Migrant Dinghies to Stop Channel Crossings

French police are now threatening British citizens who dare to take action against the endless stream of illegal migrant crossings in the English Channel. Authorities claim they will detain and prosecute anyone caught damaging boats or interfering with migrants, as if protecting the smugglers’ equipment is a higher priority than stopping the crossings themselves.

This comes after a group of British activists filmed themselves slashing inflatable dinghies on a Calais beach, boats that would otherwise be used to ferry more migrants to Dover.

Videos have surfaced showing right-wing men using knives to puncture the boats meant for migrant journeys to Dover. They say their actions prevented (or at least slowed) dangerous crossings that would have endangered lives and burdened UK resources. French officials labeled the act “vandalism” and promised arrests if the perpetrators return. France has decided it would rather aid illegals getting into Britain than aid the British themselves.

Calais has been the main launchpad for migrants making the 21-mile trip to England for years now. Over 45,000 made the crossing in 2025 alone, despite endless promises from UK officials to get tough. Activists point out the obvious, that French police do next to nothing to stop the boats, leaving ordinary citizens to step in where the authorities have failed. The liberal extremism ruining the West is creating vigilantes who can no longer stand idly by.

The group, linked to right-wing organizations in Britain, posted the footage on social media. It garnered thousands of views and supportive comments from those frustrated with the ongoing migrations. French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin called the behavior "unacceptable" and vowed cooperation with UK police to identify the men.

Ten British activists received bans from entering France earlier in January 2026. The bans stemmed from similar attempts to disrupt migrant camps and boats. It goes to show that people are fed up with the EU's failures to control borders while punishing those who try to help.
